First Quarter 2026 Trends
In the first quarter of 2026 Straight theater users lit up the charts with Smoking content and viewers on the Gay theater got all dressed up with Uniform movies
STRAIGHT
The straight chart’s Top 10 sees some big moves including M.I.L.F. moving up 2 places after dropping 3 in the previous quarter, Big Tits moving up regaining the 3 it lost in Q4 2025, and Teen (18+) gaining 5, bringing it to the highest place since Q2 2019. Lesbian drops 1 and Interracial moves down 4, nearly dropping out of the top 10.
Enema is up 44 places and Smoking is up 43, placing each category at the highest point it’s seen since we began recording this data.
The biggest drops on the straight side include Smothering down -37, Panties and Voyeur both down -43.

GAY
Gay charts see Safe Sex gaining an impressive 7 places to rejoin the Top 10 for the first time since Q2 2024. Fetish gains 2 to rejoin the Top 10 after dropping out in Q3 2025. Taboo gains 1 and Euro drops -1, swapping their places.
Biggest movers included Uniform up 17 bringing it to the highest place it’s seen since Q3 2003, Prison Sex up 11, and Asian up 10.
Downward trends were Alt down -10 and Russian down -14.
White collar may be a trend to watch over the next quarter. It gained 8 places this quarter after falling off in Q4 2025. Past patterns indicate that this trend could see greater engagement in the coming months.
